It’s almost the holidays and it’s time to decorate. If you’re something like us, you don’t have a lot of holiday decorations in your student apartment. Well, that’s not a problem because getting the holiday vibe in there is super easy! Here are three tips on how to do it:
Branches of fir or pine – buy them from the tree salesmen or in a flower store. Put them in a vase at home and decorate with some red bows. Cute and smells lovely!
Holiday smell – speaking of nice smells, try heating some glögg on the stove or bake some gingerbread cookies and you'll feel the holiday spirit in a jiffy!
Toilet paper roll stars – toilet paper rolls can be used for so much more than smällkarameller! Cut the roll in small strips and use them to make pretty stars. With some glitter and a pretty ribbon, you can turn it into a sweet holiday decoration.
You just can’t make a post on decorations without mentioning second hand stores. They are a gold mine for embroideries, tea light candle holders and decorations for the tree. Check it out if you haven't already :)
