Ah, summer is coming, and for most the semester has come to an end … For those of you who aren’t there just yet: we know it can be kind of hard to focus at this time of year. Luckily, there are many easy-to-make, super simple and healthy snacks to keep you focused! This is one our student ambassador Lina shared with us:
What you need:
- 10 dates
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 dl cacao powder
- 1 dl oats
- 1–2 tbs coffee (or water if you don’t like coffee)
- Shredded coconut (for rolling)
How to:
Pour all the ingredients into a food processor. Mix. Roll into balls and roll the balls in shredded coconut.
Pro tip:
These keep forever in the fridge or freezer. Make a giant batch and have them on hand for long classes, study sessions or Netflix marathons!
