Hang with your classmates in the common study room, cook with your bestie in your kitchen or retreat back to your bedroom to sleep by yourself. Our student apartments are actual apartments which means you can share all you want and only what you want with your buds.
All Live to Grow accommodations have a responsible student ambassador. They’re a link between tenants and the landlord ByggVesta and can answer your apartment questions. But they’re also someone to turn to if you want to wish for common activities, brainstorm ideas or just talk.
Student life isn’t always easy, we know. To prevent or lessen feelings of loneliness with our tenants, we try to create spaces where conversation comes naturally. Getting to know the neighbors is a little easier in the common study rooms, lounges and gyms and via events posted in our app.
When you move in, we’ll all sign a green contract and let you track your heat, water and electricity consumption. From the Live to Grow-houses, it’s super easy to get to campuses, public transport and green spaces. Bike to class or get to the park for a well-deserved break in a jiffy.
Students who live close to campus, green spaces and urban areas tend to do better in school, that’s what the researchers say. What’s that? Oh, yes, all our student apartments are close to campuses, nature and public transport. Not a coincidence.
You get your Live to Grow apartment by signing up for ByggVesta’s queue. When you get a student apartment, you won’t lose your spot in the line, which means that when you graduate, you’ll have a nice shot at getting a rental apartment from ByggVesta too. It might feel far off, but hey.

Get in touch with your Live to Grow neighbors quickly via our digital platform; sell shoes, borrow stuff or invite people for dinner.
